A few weeks back I had shopped and called around town and this place actually answered the phone (no automated loops or vm) and had great prices. Went in with my son, to get a key copy of his key cut that snapped off his new key fob, and met Mr. Joel. Very hospitable, helpful, and efficient. We were in and out within 8-10 minutes. This place was refreshing just because of the customer service and efficiency. Straight to the point, affordable, especially for what the business is geared to and provides. Safe to say we will be retuning.

The best customer service! I needed a spare keys made for my vehicle and was in and out in 10 minutes. They made sure the keys worked properly before I checked out and the pricing was extremely fair.

Really great buisness. The owner/ operator is definitely a lock nerd, meaning he knows what hes talking about. Great experience and 1000% better than a franchise that works out of a van and is dispatched by a call center in Pakistan. He has safes for sale too.
