This is a lifestyle club, not just a gym. It's great for parents as they have a parent night out once a week and a kids club so parents can workout (or even get work done at a work space) while kids play. Our daughter loves it! Emmanuel is the epitome of customer service. I lost my swimming goggles and he knew exactly what to do. He is one of the few employees there that knows what a 5 star customer experience is supposed to be like.

This gym isn’t great but it’s not bad. There is only two lifetime locations in San Antonio so you don’t really have much choice here. The problem is the amount of people. Like how are you guys even giving tours of this place when there isn’t any space to walk? Almost every machine is taken no matter what time of the day you come. And then decide to add more bikes? Why almost no one uses them. Add more treadmills. Those are the machines that are always packed and people wait on.
