The technician is dishonest at best.Updated this review based on the company's response. Spoke with Jessica and sorted out what happened with us which was an unfortunate encounter, but it happens. They have remedied the situation which is all one can ever ask for! Thank you, and although I don't hope to have to come back, we will definitely use their services in the future!

I can’t say enough great things about the young lady (I can’t believe I forgot her name)(she was pregnant so that lady)?! She was so patient and kind and knowledgeable.Although, we loved her service we hope not to need it again! Haha! A+++++++++++!
