Diane Diaz assistant manager went beyond customer service. I had a pair of costa sunglasses that failed. Costa stated they didn’t make the model any more as I had sent them pictures and stated I was out of luck to get them repaired or replaced. I googled a Costa dealer near by and found Vision Source. Diane took the time to look at my glasses and called Costa direct they the person stated they still have them in stock. Diane got my sunglasses replaced. It is hard to find service like this nowadays and so happy to get my fishing sunglasses back. Great job Diane and the team at Vision Source Leon Springs.
I am new to San Antonio and chose Vision Source based on location and convenience. My first encounter was with the eye technician, Sarah. She was helpful with her instructions during the eye exams and her explanations between contact and glasses preferences. Dr. Perez was very thorough in her detailed examination of my eyes. Lastly, I enjoyed Louis' fashion knowledge and experience to fit you for the perfect eyewear.
The entire staff is so friendly here, which is a refreshing change from most medical offices. Sarah is very easy to talk to and made the initial testing, which is normally very awkward, a quick and enjoyable experience. Dr. Perez is wonderful! She is so nice and took the time to go through the images and explain what we were looking at. I haven’t been able to find anywhere else that was so thorough and able to build immediate trust.
