The best spa experience I’ve had maybe ever!My sister came to town and wanted to do a spa day and I knew I wanted to go to a resort spa, where we could spend the day and use the amenities too. This place fit the bill and it was so easy to set up appointments. The staff were so friendly on the phone and in person.I’m a dentist so I have back and neck pain and whenever I do, I usually get a massage to get relief and for relaxation too.We booked 50 minute deep tissue massages with arnica muscle repair and muscle melter enhancements. During our stay at the resort I decided to book a last minute facial and massage. Even though I was 20 minutes late to my facial, which was completely my fault thinking I booked on another day, the receptionist was very sweet and told me if I could get there as quickly as possible I could still make my first appointment. My first appointment was a facial and Venus did an amazing job and was so sweet and easy to talk to. She also was able to get everything in that i paid for. Next i went to Ramona and she did a wonderful job on my massage, it was extremely relaxing. Both ladies were very warm and welcoming. Drove over there after work to find out they were closed. Wanted to talk to someone about a mothers day gift. Google says they close at 7pm. If you care about your customers, pay attention to this kind of stuff and fix it. If not, don’t. Gave it two stars cause the girl on the phone was friendly.Update to 5 stars: My wife said she loved her visit. They still need to update they’re hours or make sure they have people there until close.
