Longtime member, but they refuse to call out rude people who get on a machine and immed turn it into their personal phone booths, chatting non-stop at high volume to a point where my ear buds can't compete or drown put the prattle three machines distant. We come to LAF for a stress-relieving workout, NOT to play unwilling audience to episodes of This Is Your Life. The lack of common courtesy and manners by those self-centered clowns, and LAF management's reluctance to address same, is disappointing...

Awesome place to workout! Very friendly & helpful!

So upset with this business. I emailed them at least 5 times, went in the actual facility and spoke with 3 different people and was told my membership was cancelled. I have not been there in over a year to work out and have been trying to cancel it for the last year!! My mom has Alzheimer's and I am her sole provider and have been for the last 3 years. I told them that and that I could not continue with the membership over a year ago and they have consistently charged me. I even complained with my bank. I have called to speak wit someone and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!! WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER

Clean & plenty of space to work out— love this place. Wet area and sauna are great 👍

Very spacious, clean, and well maintained gym (much better than most LAF I have visited) that rarely feels too crowded.

So disappointed! They are always kicking you out of the stretching/training area even tho its not being used. Where are you supposed to stretch? in that small corner in the weight area, where there's no room?? We pay to much not to be able to use everything. I'll be canceling soon anyways.

Gyms great and clean. Front desk staff is usually chill and friendly.

I took 2 stars away because of the elderly woman they hired in the child center.

I brought my toddlers on Monday afternoon at 5pm and the elderly woman didn’t even bother to get up or hold my 1 year old that was crying. At first, I assumed she was disabled but when I came back an hour later she was walking around. I saw her yell at some children that slipped through the gate… honestly the lady seems like she doesn’t have the energy to watch small children. I’d move her to a cleaning role where she doesn’t have to interact w guests.

I won’t be bringing my toddlers in the afternoon anymore and if you have toddlers I’d suggest bringing them in the morning or going to a different location.

Excellent gym facility! Very clean! Smells great. Never that gym stinky smell. Thank you Janitorial Staff! You’re the BEST!!!
