This is one of the most impressive businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Diana in the office is knowledgeable and very personable. They try to provide same or next day appointments and the tech actually showed up at exactly the promised time - can't remember when that has happened with other services.
I have a 45' diesel RV and most techs just change parts and cross their fingers. Aaron knew exactly what to do and had it working properly in no time - actually better than new. This guy knows AC and did in one hour what most shops would take two days to do and he did it for a fraction of the cost.

I have a very old car that many mechanics in the San Antonio area either could not diagnose or were not comfortable working on. Aaron was the opposite, extremely knowledgeable in his craft and efficient in his work. He was able to get a full conversion done on my 1983 Mercedes and get the air blowing cold again.
One of the best parts of the experience was not having to figure out how to drop the car off at a shop and pick it up again.
The work also comes with a warranty which is really great that if I have an issue again it will be covered by the warranty.

Nick did a great job getting my AC back up and running on my 2002 Ford Ranger. He was early and prompt and took the exact amount of time he stated. Highly recommend Kool2U for your Auto AC and other Auto Repair needs. Great Communication - Great Company.
