As a partner at Pasteur Medical Associates, a concierge medical group, I cannot emphasize enough the stark contrast between our previous IT service provider and Knight Office Solutions. After 13 years of dealing with a company that consistently failed to meet our needs—marked by rudeness, unresponsiveness, and unprofessionalism—our decision to switch was made easy. The previous provider even went so far as to send us a certified letter, giving only four days' notice before terminating our services, clearly out of retaliation for knowing we were moving on. This was a shockingly unprofessional move.

I don’t know his last name, but Art has been instrumental in keeping my business. He is extremely through and thoughtful in his practice. Scott G is also one of the best people to work with, his review of my accounts made me reconsider my current IT company. This is an A++ company to work with.
