Had 6 pair of jeans that I brought in one was red and they washed the all together. Gave me the run around for 2 weeks. One pair was acid Grey now red Grey. 2 more pairs are tinted red. completely unsympathetic about the issue. I had to make all the calls...paid for the Grey pair and kept the jeans....to what try to resale to recoup what you screwed up? Who does that? People don't do it
