They prefer text messages but NEVER respond..if you're lucky they will respond HOURS later ask what style and then don't reply for the appointment. There needs to be someone scheduling appointments and someone braiding. This is very unprofessional.

I went to the Kady's@ the Windsor location. I actually fell asleep getting my braids, so for those that say getting braids hurts..it didn't hurt at all. Communication is key! I sent them a picture and they delivered! I'd say knowing exactly what you want helps. Kady has gifted hands, she's phenomenal and always does an excellent job on my braids. Her personality is amazing, too!
Gray haired Ladies who are confident with their hair and want to wear gray braids, I say do it!! All the braiders there are great, too! ***Prices are reasonable*** If you're not Getting your braids done here, you're definitely missing out!!

I have frequented Kady’s Braiding at Ingram on four occasions. Kady, the owner is very customer oriented and professional. She ensures that her customers are happy with the service (s) they receive. I keep returning because of the outstanding job my hair stylist, Alida, does with my braids. She is an exceptionally talented braiding artist who exudes caring, creativity and professionalism beyond reproach. I think that I have found a permanent home for my hair care needs.

Kady and her team have been creating beautiful styles and taking care of both my and my daughter’s hair for over a decade. The ladies at the Ingram location are professional, talented, and easy to work with. The prices are not only reasonable but competitive and affordable. Over the years we have used a number of different services, such as braids, weave's, ,and crochet. We have always been satisfied with the results. I always recommend Kady African Braiding to anyone looking for these styles.

Don’t come here they are incredibly unprofessional. There’s a light skin I there that has a personal problem and a very nasty attitude. The price / promo listed is not what they go by and they will attempt to argue with u. Spend your money elsewhere some place with ethics and knows how to conduct a business with customer service in mind.

I took my mother here to get her hair braided up into a braided bun and this is the second time I’ve come here this year within 6 months! They supply the hair and it’s always great service , Kady braiding took care of my mom AND my daughter on the same day and both ladies look great! I recommend coming here if you don’t wanna spend a lot of money but get great quality braids!

Everytime I come here I am thoroughly pleased! The ladies braiding my hair always ask if the length and thickness of my twists are good! I had 2 ladies braiding my hair and my appointment was at 9am and I was out before 2pm!! I have been coming here religiously since 2020 and I will never go get my hair braided elsewhere. The service , price , and quality of the braids are 10/10
