No sales person on the jewelry department. I had to seek out an employee in the makeup department to help me.
The young lady who helped me was friendly and helped me decide the best jewelry combination. She also advised on a discount coupon, instead of buying one item, I purchased two items.
Very clean store. The bathroom was clean and sanitary as well.
I visited JC Penney (La Cantera) and first I must say — I was blown away by the cleanliness!!!! So MANY other JC Penneys are a disaster which is why I very rarely shop JC Penney. But I can guarantee you I will be back to this store — even if it is 15 miles away from my home. And the customer service I received was outstanding!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU YOLI for assisting me and not making me feel like a 65-year old pest. So often I feel invisible and usually no eye contact is made with an elder. I put an order in via the JC Penny's online website and saw the items I was seeking were in stock at the Rim location, and thus in my online order I could select the Rim location for my pickup.
I signed up for and got notification text messages when the order was being filled, and when it was completed and ready for pickup.
I just went by and picked up my order and the process was easy, just walk in, wait in line for one of the cashier at the register, hand them the order number, and your Driver's license, and you're good to go. The cashier will go retrieve your order and hand it to you.
