The location is convenient and upon arrival I was serviced by a wonderful and friendly lady. She gladly accepted my dry cleaning and verbally informed me, as well as provided me with a service ticket, on when my items would be ready for pick up. I received a text message informing me when my items were ready for pick up. Pick up was easy , I provided my service ticket and received my items clean and pressed. I am highly satisfied and recommend this location for services.

If you going to use the location at Wilderness Oak and Hardy Oak (next to Whataburger) always ask for Mariana!!! And stay away from a staff member named Dora!!! Mariana with a great customer service experience solved my problem immediately. I am giving this place another chance simply because the way she handled the problem. Thank you Mariana!!!
