Constant struggle with staff member.1) alterations offered (as advertised) then told to come in with pants pinned for shortening, not happening.2) dry cleaning - another pain took 2 extra days*MOVE ONeverything is outsourced! Employee has no customer service skills
This company recently took over a cleaners we had used for over 10 years with never a complaint. In the last 3 months theyhave torn the sleeve lining i 4 suits, requiring expensive repairs and have returned at least ten items with broken buttons. I do not recommend them.Service: Clothes pressing
