Jack Brown Cleaners provides exceptional work with friendly and helpful staff. Service is fast, easy, and often exceeds expectations with quick turnaround and pristine results. The business is noted as always great, though some mention it is getting expensive. Suggestions include providing discounts for active duty and veterans, as well as offering occasional coupons. Notifications and special care for fabrics are appreciated.
This was my first time taking clothes to a cleaners, I was a bit afraid because my pants are top quality but Jack Brown Cleaners really delivered exceptional work. The staff was so friendly and helpful, she kindly explained to me what needed to be dried cleaned and what not. The turn around time was quick, they exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be going back!
Outstanding service .. great work and fast too thanks .. only recommendation it to provide a discount for active duty and our vets.. this is a military town and we should support. Overall perfect.
