Receiving an estimate was easy. Estimate was reasonable.

Mr. Gonzalez, came same day. Looked at the issue explained each step with patience and grace to us new homeowners. It was a blessing and relief to have a professional come with outstanding service. I called them because the website emphasized small family owned business and I’m glad I did. These other big business guys just want to sell you into a contract on worst case scenario basis. Mr.Gonzalez was honest and didn’t try to sell us anything, instead came with knowledge and realistic next steps. Thank you sir!

Mr. Gonzales was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he took the time to explain anything I wanted to know. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. He can also tell some pretty good jokes. Nobody in San Antonio has come close to beating his prices. I will not be looking for any other electrician. J&M Electrical Services is a keeper!
