I had recently purchased a plug-in hybrid, so I needed a level 2 charger circuit run to my garage from the opposite side of my house. Consistent with my experience as an engineer, I sought three bids for the job, one from a national contractor, another from a large local contractor, and also J&M. A major problem with the big contractors is that their proposals did not clearly spell-out what work would be performed and what would be obtained.
