We can't say enough good things about this company! We had a really tricky situation with a piece of siding on our house that blew off or was possibly removed by a critter—it was a super high spot, and we were sure Integrated would repair it with ease. Mike was quick to respond, reliable, and the quality of the work was outstanding. They got it fixed perfectly and in no time at all. I am a repeat customer and refer them to everyone I know! Integrated Outdoor Designs was really easy to work with. I had an existing deck that needed to be replaced so requested bids from multiple companies. Integrated’s bid was similar to others but what impressed me was their lack of pressure sales techniques (absolutely hate the “if you sign in days you will get price”).
Once the job started their teams worked very efficiently to clear the space, construct the deck, and stain the wood while working around other contractors I had brought in. We were recommended to Interior Outdoor Designs by a friend and we had a great experience throughout. As first-time house buyers, we were uncertain on what colors and styles we wanted for our screened-in porch, but Kyle and his team did a great job on explaining our options. They were also very helpful on making tweaks to meet our budget! We're so happy with the final product and love being able to spend time outside without having to deal with those pesky mosquitos. We will definitely be passing on our recommendation to family and friends in the future!
