I usually go to Boerne for my hair, but it was already 8:30pm and I was desperate to find a salon that was still open. I came across I'm unique hair Artistry in San Antonio — about 25 minutes away from me— and decided to call. At first, they weren’t sure they could take me in so late, but after I explained my situation, they were so sweet and accommodating and told me to come in.
When I got there, everyone was so welcoming! Mundo was amazing — such a good conversationalist and gave me the best scalp massage during my wash. Then, their senior stylist/owner gave me a beautiful blow-dry and even trimmed my bangs perfectly when I asked.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience at this salon and with Mauricio! He is truly a hair artist. When I sadly had to move states, he even went out of his way to find me another salon in my area with similar expertise and reached out to give them my formulas to ensure I'd have a seamless transition. I've never had a stylist like him and will miss him a lot!
We had so much fun, I forgot to take an after, but I really needed something to lift my spirits, and Mauricio was the whole package. Everyone in the salon made me feel welcomed seen and taken care of.
