I had a very poor experience. I booked an appointment with one of the artists online that included a pre-paid deposit. She sent me a confirmation email which plainly stated her reschedule policy was to give 24 hrs notice. Unfortunately I had a really bad cold right before the appointment, so I used the online system to re-schedule to a later date. Then the artist cancelled my appointment altogether and told me I had to re-book and pay for the deposit again, refusing to honor her own written policy. I asked her about the email I received, which stated the 24 hr notice policy, and she said that she had updated the information on her personal instagram page to say 72 hr notice is required. I pointed out that she is giving inconsistent information about her policies, and had I known she needed 72 hours I would have rescheduled earlier, and she was not concerned with it at all. It is frustrating that I lost my deposit, but I guess all things considered I'm happy to take my business somewhere else that is more professional.

Alicen was so nice. I got my first tattoo by her and she was always making sure I was doing ok. She offered waters and snack and let us watch our own movie while getting the tattoo.

My fiancé and I recently got tattooed there, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. Ali and Nalette are true artists — not only are they insanely talented, but they are also some of the kindest, most genuine people you could ever meet. They made the whole process so comfortable and easy, really taking the time to talk with us, listen to what we wanted, and make sure every detail was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their craft and the people who walk through their doors. The tattoos themselves turned out beautifully — even better than we imagined. The lines are clean, the shading is flawless, and the care they put into their work truly shows. It’s clear they take immense pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference.

This is the absolutely best tattoo shop in SA! Its so cozy, super clean and Nalette. Alicen and the rest of the staff are amazing! Very safe and warm environment!

This shop is so great!! They’ve always been nice and organized even during flash days and when they moved locations! I’ve gotten 4 tattoos done here now and I even brought my partner back for one as well. They always do amazing work and are willing to work with you on anything! They even support local businesses and keep some cute goodies for sale inside! Hope to get work by each artist soon, definitely come get tattooed here! (Nalette did the work in my photos. She’s so sweet @ink.pony.tattoos on insta ♡)

Got my belly button done. It was crooked. They said it will heal normal and it didn't. Husband got his tongue done and same thing as well. Couldn't even get the needle through with both of us and I'm assuming that's why they were crooked. 🙄🙄 Honestly just ...No.
