I really enjoyed this place. The rooms are clean, always the right temp, and the front desk (Michael) is always accommodating. I am in town for business and I burned so many calories. I lost 2 lbs in 12 days spinning and sweating

This is a great bang for your buck for full body exercise... 24/7. Update 1 year in: I still love it, i can always find a session that fits my schedule, so unfortunately, it leaves me with few excuses not to work out. :-) It's nice to have a variety of workout options depending on how I'm feeling that day. I was reading some comments talking about what level of fitness you should be at to join, and I say... ALL fitness levels. If you're getting started and need some quick motivation to keep you pushing to get in shape, this will help you shed and start feeling great quickly, just doing the modified(beginner) moves. Such great workouts they offer! I love Hot Blast and Hot Buns! The staff is super friendly and helpful when I have questions! They also put on great events for the members with many different vendors!
