I love the workout I get here, especially during the winter weather. Helps get rid of bloating for sure. The staff is super friendly, especially the two ladies that are always cleaning. Place is super clean

I am obsessed with HOTWORX. I joined HOTWORX because I didn’t want to spend hours at the gym, and fell in love. I love how you can get an amazing complete workout in less time than if you go to the gym. The sessions helped with my rotator cuff recovery, and work wonders with my migraines and allergies. I have not only lost weight, but I’ve also lost inches and have so much more energy. The staff at the ALAMO RANCH location are the absolute best. If you’re not a member yet, you gotta try a free session.

The place to go when the gym seems intimidating! A great place to have a video playing if you want to follow along or turn down the volume and go to your own pace. Love the feeling of privacy in the saunas.
