It was the best Hot Yoga class that I have had since arriving in San Antonio. Her guidance, grace and light is uplifting....I look forward to the possibility of having a class on the west side of town. I like the way she guides you through the poses, makes adjustments and encourages each of us no matter at what level we are at.
