Home River property management has been fantastic and helped me and my wife meet our needs with our new property!! We just moved to town for my wife’s college and our first place fell through due to poor management. Home River swooped in and saved us! Jackie found us a new place within our budget that same day!! Can’t recommend y’all enough!!
I have recently had a turnover of a new tenant and the property manager, Jacqueline Bosmans made the process so seamless. I was sent all the inspection photos and recommendations required to put the property back on the lease market. She coordinated all the renovation with the contractors and sent endless photos.
Jacqueline has an excellent work ethic and high standard of professionalism. Concerns are addressed promptly and communication is superb even after hours.

Just moving out of my first apartment to living over here . Due to my first experience at the first place, I was a bit skeptical. HomeRiver however has completely turned the prior experience around for me.Jackie is the person I worked with and she was helpful and efficient with any questions I had and getting things situated.
