We rent with HomeRiver and woke this morning to no AC. This is concerning for us due to family members having humidity induced asthma and us residing in Texas where it’s extremely hot and Humid. Even though AC is not considered Emergent our property Managers Rob and Natali responded within a half hour of my maintenance request and found a company willing to come same day. After renting through a landlord who regularly took weeks to respond to similar issues, I’m extremely grateful to Home River, Natali, and Rob for taking this manner seriously. Thank you guys, you rock.

Home River property management has been fantastic and helped me and my wife meet our needs with our new property!! We just moved to town for my wife’s college and our first place fell through due to poor management. Home River swooped in and saved us! Jackie found us a new place within our budget that same day!! Can’t recommend y’all enough!!
