Hernández is the saving grace for Hillside, along with the amazing woman at the front desk at this location. Hernandez provides quality care and supports his patients. My coworkers and I adore him and I feel so blessed to have found him. If he doesn't have answers, he knows how and where to send his patients. He communicates clearly and I feel my health is in good hands.

Front desk receptionist was very kind and efficient as well the other ladies. First impression is very important to me and they exceeded expectations. Their smiles were great too. The tech who took me back to do my vitals and gather other information was also very kind and informative. He explained everything he was doing. The doctor I saw, Dr. Safaa Soueid was very kind and thorough. I have never been to a doctor's office where they informed me about everything they were doing including test that day and future tests. I love this location! Dr Hernandez really takes the time out to hear his patients. When I’m not on schedule he holds me accountable- letting me know that he cares! He isn’t a doctor to just diagnosis the issue/ problem.. he his there to execute and get it right, no matter how long. Ty for being the best pcp I’ve had in years. ❤️
