They took the time to explain everything, provided a 2-year warranty, and were happy to fix our neighbor's two broken sprinkler heads. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are impressive. They completed the job within 3 working days, following all city codes and regulations. I had the pleasure of working with Victor from HB Quality Irrigation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very start, Victor was incredibly friendly and professional. He arrived early for our appointment, which I greatly appreciated.
What truly impressed me was Victor's extensive knowledge of irrigation systems. He patiently walked me through the issues I was experiencing, clearly explaining his diagnostic process. He didn't just fix the problem; he took the time to educate me, even showing me how I could potentially tackle some of the work myself to save money in the future.
Almost within moments from contacting Victor...I knew that I had called the right company. I thought that my sprikler heads needed adjustment...what I had was a broken pipe causing lack of water pressure. Quickly he found the problem and in the blink of an eye fixed it. We added a pressure regulator so the problem won't happen again. Then he adjusted or replaced bad sprinkler heads. Extremely competent and quite frankly very inexpensive for the work done. In short have a irrigation problem...this should be your first and last call!
