He covered his shoes, asked where he could and couldn't access inside my house, and was extremely thorough! He even asked if I had any issues with specific bugs around the house to target my concerns.

Ted came out for our first service today and did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly, and arrived right on time, even sending ETA texts along the way. We only have an ant issue (which seems to be affecting the whole neighborhood with all the new builds), so I’ll update in a few weeks on how well the treatment worked. I’ve tried another pest control service before, and the ants always came back, so I’m really hoping Hawx’s approach makes the difference.
