My experience with the massage services has been positive, and I have no complaints about the quality of the treatments. However, the customer service experience when trying to cancel a membership has been disappointing.
I called to cancel my membership and was told that it could not be processed that day. Instead, I was informed that an appointment had to be scheduled and that someone would call me back the following day. As a customer, I believe that canceling a membership should be a straightforward and efficient process, not one that requires multiple calls, waiting for callbacks, or adjusting my schedule based on when the company decides it can address my request.
This review is not about the services themselves, which I found satisfactory. It is about the unnecessary obstacles involved in canceling a membership. A company’s commitment to customer service should extend beyond the point of sale and include a clear, transparent, and convenient cancellation process.
I hope management reviews this policy and makes improvements, as it would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

I drive 30 min and it’s worth it! Relaxing vibe, professional staff, clean space, and convenient online booking. The membership is worth it too. Been a member 2+ years now. I like that you can use your credits on facials and massages, depending on what you need. For massage, Jun and Shirley are awesome!
