I’m always satisfied with my haircuts when leaving Great Clips! I don’t remember who it was that cut my hair this last time, but she did an awesome job! Cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. My wife is still talking about how much she loves my haircut, and that “the girl” did a great job!! I’d advise anybody and everybody to go to Great Clips Palo Alto! They’re very friendly and the atmosphere is awesome! Hands down, the best customer service you’ll find!

I had a great experience. I signed in online thru the app. When I arrived, they sat me right away. No waiting. The hair stylist cut my hair just like I wanted it. Ill keep going back to the Hwy 16 and 35 location. Thank you'll.

Great Job Great Clips got my usual zero on the sides on and a half on top endge up and beard trim and Jessica was Amazing she was on point and she is very helpful she did a fantastic job Thank U Great Clips
