Good Dog Boarding & Walks

I came to San Antonio because my mom was hospitalized and not doing well at the time. I had to bring my puppy, Buddy but he wasn’t allowed in the ICU. I searched online and found Good Dog was located on the way to the hospital from my hotel.
It was amazing! Buddy was a bit nervous but after his initial “test” he was in!!! When I picked him up the young lady at the front desk told me how great Buddy was and shared how a few things about his day. I told my phone had died on the way and I had no way to navigate back to my hotel…she offered me their charging cable…way above what I expected! Buddy was so excited when we returned the next 3 days!!!!?

I was passing by San Antonio to visit and I really needed someone to take care of my caramelo puppy for me since I have no one to leave him with. The front desk girl was so nice I think her name was cacey she really explained how the daycare worked, also she really took the time with my puppy to see if he adapted to the environment and listened to my instructions regarding my pup food and potty breaks. I will definitely be bringing him back when I’m in town again ,thank you so much!

ive only used daycare so far! i only wish i could spy on my dog while shes there lol but i trust that shes in good hands. i used a different company for boarding that did have cameras but it was only in the play area and the employees hardly engaged with the dogs + there were very little toys/activities for them to use. i would at least like the option like at Good Dog where i can pay extra for my dog to have 1:1 attention and exercise.

the employees know my girl by name and anytime i email to add on additional services, theyre able to get it done. same thing w last minute booking, ive had great luck w this thus far.
