I recently had a new HVAC system installed by General Air Conditioning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent — I was always kept in the loop and knew what to expect at each stage of the process.
Our installer technicians, Vic, Damian, and Lorraine, were courteous, respectful, and clearly committed to doing quality work. My installation was especially challenging due to the age and layout of my home, but the team handled every obstacle with professionalism and persistence. Despite the complexities, they completed the project on time and within budget — no surprises.
Tim and his team are beyond exceptional. I was in need of some extensive HVAC work and got a half dozen quotes before I found General AC. Mr. Bruce is the only one who took the time to thoroughly inspect my home and setup to find what I actually needed, instead of trying to sell me something quick.
Within 2 days he had his crew led by Vicky removing my old 20+ year old system and installing the new one. The best part is that they took their time and made sure everything was going to work the right way rather than rushing through it. I needed to install a new A/C unit. Tim, came over to discuss options available. We agreed on a price. A few days later sent a team to install the unit. They were very thorough and did an excellent.job. Customer service is also exceptional. I am looking forward for a long term relationship with General Air Conditioning.
