My elderly mother was taken advantage of by another AC company. They installed a new unit and blew out and cracked the drain line- this flooded the house upstairs and went through to the garage. They routed it to another drain which quickly flooded everything again. after dealing with this for over a month and unable to get a technician to show up from their company to fix the issue, I called TIM at GeneralAir. Tim found the issue, fixed the original problem and FINALLY no more leaks. He did a great job and showed up as promised. He was professional and efficient. Will be using him again and again. I recently called them to address an issue with my AC. The technician they sent, Raine, quickly identified and fixed the problem (clogged drain line). She also recommended several other fixes, some of which we took care of today. Upon her recommendation, I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan, and now I won’t have to worry about the line clogging up ever again.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The tech was very informative and she gave thorough explanations about everything, including the price breakdown. The price for the work seems very fair and the maintenance plan is reasonable and affordable.
