I can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. Call multiple times and get busy signals. After finally getting through and waiting on hold 30 min to get hung up on. When I see my Doctor the service is great but trying to get ahold of anyone is a joke.

I want to make sure Ms Miller at Covid check-in gets acknowledged. My only work day off today, I was able to come in. And with everything going on in our lives and community. I want to extend my appreciation, of her kindness and excellent customer service to us Veterans. You helped me today, you were soft spoken and patient with me and to the rest of us, it means a lot. Thank you Nicole for making my morning better.

? these operators are a joke transferred w no warning, and the tele health answering service goes like this “thank you for calling tele health to speak w a nurse press one...if you don’t push one you’ll be transferred to tele health.” Sounds good typed but if you have 20 min listen to it yourself. The nurse that helped me at tele health raised that star from 1 to 3 she alone did.
