I want to start by saying that both stylists were incredibly sweet and kind. We had great conversations, and everyone was welcoming.

The day before my color appointment, I came in for a trim and spoke with another stylist about the hair color I wanted. During that consultation, I was given a price quote for the service.

When I arrived for my appointment the next day, I again explained the look I wanted and showed my inspiration photo. I needed a haircut ASAP and was able to make an appointment online. Although my confirmation email showed 2:15, I had originally scheduled for 12:30. I called the salon, and Sandra kindly told me to come in at 12:30. When I arrived, she took great care of me. Sandra washed my hair, gave me a great cut, and we had a pleasant conversation throughout the appointment. It was actually my first time getting a haircut inside an Exchange on base.

I have gone to this salon two times and Sandra has knocked it out of the park both times. The first time she beautifully fixed my hair after I had acted like Edward Scissorhands on it. During my second visit I asked to go from medium length hair to a pixie cut. I brought in pics and she did exactly what I requested. I love it! Sandra is definitely my new hair style professional.
