Highly recommend focus and balance. My kids and I all see providers here. I feel like they listen to us as patients and give us the best options for my kids and I and I would like to mention a certain PA Karyna for how she was able to communicate with my 13 year old daughter. I feel like she asked the right questions in a way a 13 year old would understand. She didn’t seem robotic how most Dr’s or PA’s are and just staring at their laptops. She actually went into depth with such concern that stood out to me and impressed me. Thank you so much PA Karyna!
I've been with Focus and Balance for a few years now, go for a follow up every 3 months and I'm glad its not that expensive. My doctor prescribes my medication as soon as the appointment is over so I don't have to worry about my meds running out. I like the communication you can have with Focus and Balance since you can text their office and they get back to you as long as they're working when you send them a message. I've never had problems rescheduling appointments.
PA Ogidi is such a calming presence and he is always willing to go above and beyond to help me navigate any concerns I may be having. He’s been the first reliable mental health professional I have gotten to work with in a long time and I am extremely grateful for his support. Focus and Balance as a whole has made it really easy for me to continue to get the help I need without all the red tape that other facilities have.
