Great work, Great employees! Mary & Mari are always very polite & professional! They take customer service to a much higher level and it’s always a pleasure talking to them. They always make sure everything is done right and in a very timely manner! That store on Fredericksburg Rd in Balcones Hts might have already closed down if it wasn’t for their commitment to the customers. That’s what keeps me going back. I went there with a shirt that belonged to my grandpa that got ink stains on it and they were very patient in answering my questions about if the ink could be removed. Not only were they very nice but also very understanding about why a simple shirt means so much to me. This has to have been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dry cleaners. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I get my work shirts cleaned there every 2 weeks. Their turn around is good and sometimes if you catch them in a good day you can get a 24hr turn around. The clothes are always in good condition and they’ve even educated me on their process and how I should continue to maintain my clothes. Very good place with good rates. I’ll be sure to continue coming by here for dry cleaning my pants and washing my shirts. Thank you!!!
