Great service and understanding and respect from Rockie. I requested hand torked to be done on my tires due to past problems with rotors getting warped Rockie was so sweet about it. In the past at other tire places I have been treated rudely when requesting this. Rockie put me at ease regarding my request. I'm very great full to him. And Jakob was very thorough with my alignment. As well as trying to determine another issue my car was having in trying to locate the noise in the front end. Came in to change my oil and have my battery checked. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. Charles was able to get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. They even offered some in store coupons for extra convenience. I’ll continue to bring my vehicles to this location on bander/1604.
