Thank you so much Nicole! I absolutely loved my haircut and I really enjoyed the entire session. Nicole is extremely sweet and caters to your needs. I was super nervous about this cut because I rarely go too short but she made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in my decisions and held great conversation throughout the appointment! I will definitely be coming back again and hopefully for the neopolitan as discussed lol! 😆 thank you again so much!!!!

I’ve gone about 4 times in the last 2 years and I can say I have never been happy with my haircut there. The girls seem inexperienced and never take what I say and translate it into the cut itself. I’d only gone back because of location convenience but no more. Sad because haircuts can really influence a persons self esteem

Don’t waste your money.

I honestly never leave bad reviews, but this was by far the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had.

I called ahead asking if they had enough time to do a perm, and they told me yes and to come in. Once I got there, the manager mentioned the back of my hair might be a little too short for a perm, but said they could still do the front and middle. Fine, no problem.

Then another stylist started working on me and seemed confused from the beginning, saying she thought I was only there for a haircut. From there it just went downhill.

She spent what felt like 15 minutes only touching my sideburns and barely cut anything else. I asked for a fade and for the back to be cleaned up, but she didn’t fade my hair at all or even touch most of the back. The haircut honestly looked unfinished.

What really irritated me was when she started taking the apron off and asked how it looked, while I was genuinely confused because I thought we were still doing the perm. That’s when she suddenly said they didn’t have enough time before closing.

So why tell me over the phone to come in for a perm if there wasn’t enough time to do one?

At that point I was already frustrated, but I asked if she could at least fix the haircut because the front was uneven and the sides/back still needed work. She attempted I would assume was her best to fix it…but I was told my hair “just grows uneven.” That was honestly crazy to hear from a hairstylist.

I left with the worst haircut I’ve personally ever received. After reading other reviews, it seems like I’m not the only person who’s had a bad experience here. The communication, professionalism, and quality of the cut were all extremely disappointing. Go someone else don’t get a haircut here!
