Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color is a full-service hair salon known for its high-quality haircuts, coloring services, and treatments at affordable prices. The skilled and friendly staff strive to create a welcoming environment for clients. Many customers appreciate the talent and patience of the stylists, such as Aditi and Linda, who have received praise for their work on haircuts and color choices. Linda takes the time to help clients pick colors and styles they like, ensuring a friendly experience.

However, some clients have expressed concerns about pricing transparency, noting that additional charges apply for services like washing and blowouts, which can lead to unexpected totals. One client mentioned a significant price difference from what was expected for a perm. Additionally, there are suggestions for improving professionalism in customer interactions, as clients prefer a relaxing atmosphere without personal drama.

Despite these issues, the new owner, who recently took over the salon, has been commended for her kindness and professionalism, leaving customers hopeful for positive changes in the future. Overall, Fantastic Sams Cut & Color offers quality services with room for improvement in communication and client experience. It is a highly recommended place where knowledge meets passion.
