Bay really has silk touch, she is a true professional. I came in with a heavy mop of hair, and she totally revived it with these precise, delicate layers. Just excellent work! I will certainly be coming back once I need a cut again. Also, it genuinely made my day when she told me how happy she was to be working in this profession, I not only felt like I was in good hands, but I felt grateful to meet such a joyous person.
