Family Medical has fantastic dr's. I have been going there about 20 years. The staff is wonderfuly friendly and they know their jobs and are good at it. They are very accommodating.

From all the negative posts, I’m guessing only people who have something bad to say give a review. Ladies at the front were friendly, as well as all the staff. RN answered all my questions and was very attentive to all my concerns and very knowledgeable. Look forward to next year’s yearly check ?.

New review: this clinic got bought out by Wellmed and has been horrendous ever since. Extended hold times, dropping the ball on prescriptions REPEATEDLY, and even one particular employee got snappy when I called for the FIFTH DAY IN A ROW ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE. Maybe resolve it for me so I wouldn't have to anymore. Had no issues with the doctor, but the staff need better training and/or more resources. I used to love this place. I've now found a new PCP.
