F45 Dominion is the absolute BEST! I have been consistently going for a year and it has been such an awesome experience, I love it! The workouts are fantastic and the coaches are even better. Every coach has a fantastic positive energy and it’s like you’re getting your very own personalized training! It is FUN and I love how silly some of the coaches are and dance along with the music while giving you tips! I want to shout out Coach G in particular, his positive energy and commitment to his work is unmatched. He makes the gym a place where you want to be! Where do I begin. Heard about F45 Dominion on social media and went out yesterday to check out a complimentary class and man was I blown away. From the great trainers, awesome music, but more importantly the great workout. I was bought in and signed up for a membership on the spot. This is a very clean gym and the people were so welcoming and motivating. I look forward to utilizing my membership and meeting all my fitness goals. Let’s goooooo
