Had a great workout at F45 this morning! The coaches were attentive, high-energy, and really set the tone for a strong session. I especially appreciate the sense of community, it makes such a difference when coaches remember your name, greet you with a smile, and genuinely make you feel welcome. They’re doing a fantastic job, keep it up!
This was my first experience at this F45 location. The workout itself was solid, challenging, and effective — I definitely enjoyed it and got a great sweat in.
My only initial impression was that the coach energy and vibe felt a bit different compared to the studio I’m coming from, but that may just take time to adjust. Overall, the class was well-structured and I still had a good experience. Looking forward to seeing how things improve as I attend more sessions.
You’re missing out if you haven’t tried F45 Alamo Ranch! Great location, amazing whole-body workouts that are easy to follow, encouraging “trainees”, fun music, and coaches that will push you to do harder! 5 stars!
