Thank you for the sense of urgency in booking an appointment in such short notice! Courteous and professional from the first call to the technician, Myhles Huff, who was very knowledgeable, efficient, and explained in detail the steps taken to ensure my family and I would sleep comfortably.
Gerardo was amazing! And I’m so thankful. He was able to get ez air to honor my warranty even tho it was 5 days over as long as i hd proof of utilities. He even took the time to stay and let me find it! I’ll end up only have to pay labor for the part in stead of pet and labor. Thank you so much! God bless!
We have been using this company for years. April arranged for Gerardo to come out within a days notice. Chris Gomez trained him and he is excellent. Chris Gomez himself is excellent. Jonathan Hernandez the manager is excellent. All very knowledgeable and meticulous. They always take care of the issues. Their prices are fair. They always explain what they did and send a detailed report with photos. We are very happy with this company and can highly recommend them. Top notch! - Mr. and Mrs. Lynch.
