Sara is an excellent listener and knows what needs to be done and tailors the treatment to those needs. I have never left her studio not feeling 100% better than when I arrived. Sara was awesome and I definitely recommend going to her. As a college athlete, I deal with a lot of back and shoulder tightness/pain, and she really knew what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable right away and was super professional while still being easy to talk to.
I also tried cupping therapy with her and honestly felt so much relief afterward. My back and shoulders felt way less tight, and I could tell a difference immediately. She’s really knowledgeable and takes the time to focus on what’s actually bothering you instead of rushing through the appointment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for relief.
