Empowered was recommended by my Doula, Jennifer Hamilton to help me with baby sitting Frank Breech, prior to my experience I was already in the process of performing my Spinning Babies exercises twice a day to encourage baby to flip. I made an appointment with Dr. Lopez to get a better idea of what else I could practice and what she recommended for me and baby. After a brief fill in in my situation and a couple of adjustments I felt so much better, physically and mentally! I just had my 32 week appointment and can officially say that baby has flipped and I believe it was due to Dr. Lopez help along with my daily routine exercises!
Dr. Lopez is amazing. She provides top tier chiropractic care. She has a holistic approach and very personable. And my neck pain has reduced tremendously since being seen by her. Highly recommend!!
