Been seeing Dr Erica since 2018 when I was pregnant with my third.
She was able to notice my abdomen separation and slow it down better then my OB that I had during that time. She noticed how my body was responding to contractions and had that institution that my little one would be arriving soon then due date. But that all depended on my body and she did so well taking care of me during my pregnancy and postpartum.
She also saw my newborn (at the time) and my other 2 children ages 7 and 5 now. And has also adjusted my husband a few times 😃
She’s very detailed in the work that she does. And gives out good after care instructions and when to see her sooner or later after the initial adjustment.
Empowered was recommended by my Doula, Jennifer Hamilton to help me with baby sitting Frank Breech, prior to my experience I was already in the process of performing my Spinning Babies exercises twice a day to encourage baby to flip. I made an appointment with Dr. Lopez to get a better idea of what else I could practice and what she recommended for me and baby. After a brief fill in in my situation and a couple of adjustments I felt so much better, physically and mentally! I just had my 32 week appointment and can officially say that baby has flipped and I believe it was due to Dr. Lopez help along with my daily routine exercises!
