This is definitely one of the best beauty stores in San Antonio, Kassandra was so sweet!!! There was another young lady that I had met the day before and she was also very sweet!!! Awesome customer service! The store itself very clean and organized. Will continue going here for all of my beauty needs!!!

I had such a great experience at Ella Beauty! Crystal was amazing ! So kind, patient, & super helpful. I wasn’t sure which lashes would suit me best, but she walked me through all the options and helped me find the perfect pair. She even guided me to the right section of the store and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Crystal customer service was 10/10 . I’ll definitely be coming back!!! ??
