This company installed a complete AC system at our new house. He gave us a 2 yr warranty on labor, and 10 yr warranty on parts, in writing..
When we had problems with one of the rooms staying warm during the Summer, he came a couple of times, but didn’t fix the problem. We called him again, and he backed up on the warranty, saying it was only 1 yr.
On the 10 yr warranty on parts, he only registered the units for 5 years. I callee Amana, and they said that they could fix it, if Elitech added the serial umbers to the invoice.

Elitech has to be the best in and around San Antonio. I had my units serviced as I always do and the professionalism shown was top notch. Not only did he do everything that was expected, he explained everything he was doing in detail. The service was above and beyond any I have received from other companies.
