First of all, she has these incredible visual aids that show you the different lengths, thicknesses, and colors of lashes so that you can choose exactly what you want. She also did an awesome job of explaining the difference between classic/hybrid/volume sets. When it comes to putting the lashes on, she takes great care to make sure each individual lash is perfectly positioned so that it has good retention and does not damage your natural lashes or skin.
