Johnny Dolan, the owner came and inspected my roof. Other roofers sent a representative. He then explain in detail what and how they were gonna put a new roof. Savings: (1)$1500.- no extra cost to up grade shingles from 25yrs to 30yrs. (2) $1300. Gutter system s Since we had lifetime gutters already. Other roofers included this in their quote (3) Other roofers warranty was 3 to 5 years. He gave me a 10 year warranty. Dolan Roofing is a remarkable company! We had a couple bumps in the road but Dolan bent over backwards to make it right. There wasn’t a single person that I met within the company that I didn’t like. Through my research, I called them, they didn’t solicit me. Johnny the owner is a remarkable person and genuinely cares for their customers. Derrek, was amazing and together they walked me through the entire process with no surprises and were up front about everything. Charles is an expert and I value his opinion. I highly recommend Johnny and the dedicated team at DRC. Following recent rains, we had concerns of some loose shingles and possible damage. Their responsiveness was exceptional; they came out the same day. Luckily the repair was minor. Can always count on them for a fair and honest assessment. We also had them replace our roof on a different property several years back. Workmanship is still holding strong, never had an issue. Thanks DRC!
