I have been going to yoga @ TDY for a few years now, after first finding them on a groupon. I love their kundalini classes; I especially love their gong meditations - totally divine! Would recommend for anyone who needs grounding, healing, and peace. Amrit is my favorite, but all teachers have been wonderful and informative. Join them for a full moon gong meditation, and you'll love them, too!

I have only done Yoga as part of a training program as a singer/actor and decided to give Divine Yoga a try last week. I’ve now had two classes and I can’t tell you how much they were exactly what I needed. Down to the focus during each meditation. It’s like my spirit knew this is where I would be able to fill my cup. I enjoy that it’s not just about physical movement but balancing energy and projecting peace. Thanks.

Very clean. One feels welcome upon entering.Amrit is very knowledgeable and experienced Kundalini teacher. You can do classes either on zoom or in person. I enjoy both. The studio is clean and comfortable in a very serene setting. Practical for meditation. I have been going for over a year now. The gong meditation is one of my favorites. All her instructors are also experienced in teaching Kundalini, each with their own personal contributions.I would give 10 stars+Sat Nam
