I have been going to yoga @ TDY for a few years now, after first finding them on a groupon. I love their kundalini classes; I especially love their gong meditations - totally divine! Would recommend for anyone who needs grounding, healing, and peace. Amrit is my favorite, but all teachers have been wonderful and informative. I have only done Yoga as part of a training program as a singer/actor and decided to give Divine Yoga a try last week. I’ve now had two classes and I can’t tell you how much they were exactly what I needed. Down to the focus during each meditation. It’s like my spirit knew this is where I would be able to fill my cup. I enjoy that it’s not just about physical movement but balancing energy and projecting peace. Thanks.
